Ingredients of Thai Grills
- Prepare 1 kg of pork,i use pork belly ,skinless.
- You need 3 bunch of coriander.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of black pepper.
- Prepare 1 of handfull Thai garlic,or 10 cloves of garlic.
- It's 1 1/2 tbsp of soya sauce.
- You need 2 tbsp of oyster sauce.
Thai Grills instructions
- First cut hard stalk from coriander and its roots ,clean ,cut to small pieces ,add in pestel and mortar,grind it.
- Add salt,coriander seeds ,grind well.
- Add garlic,grind to make fine paste.
- Add to pork bowl,seasoning with soy sauce and oyster sauce ,marinate at least 2 hours or use immediately.
- Grill on charcoal,flip it when you hear the sizzling ..golden brown is the goal hahaha..slice and serve with galangal sauce or spicy sauce with coriander ,cucumber to side.
