- You need 1 of big chopped onion finely.
- You need 1 of big tomato chopped finely.
- Prepare 1 of green chilli chopped finely.
- You need of Few coriander leaves for garnish.
- It's 1 tbsp of salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of turmeric.
- You need Half of tbsp red chilli powder.
- It's Half of tsp black pepper.
- It's 1 tsp of garam masala.
- You need 1 tsp of cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of mustard seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of kitchen king.
- It's leaves of Few curry.
- It's 1 tsp of kasoori methi.
- It's 2 cup of water.
It is mainly cultivated in East and Southeast Asia and the Indian subcontinent. It is considered to be the hardiest of all pulse crops and requires a hot climate for germination and growth. It is rich in protein and a staple food in India and main source of protein for vegetarians. Serve it with rice and roti for healthy wholesome meal.
MOONG DAL💕 instructions
- First rinse the daal properly and then put it in cooker.you can boil openly too.
- Add 2 cup water and add salt+turmeric.
- Have one whistle in cooker and openly just stirring on medium flame until daal look very well mixed softened.
- For tadka roast cumin seeds and mustard seeds in some oil and green chilli.
- Then add onion and cook until onions get browned and tender now add all the spices and cook for 1 minute.
- Now add tomato and cook until tomatoes mixed well and spread oil all around.
