Ingredients of Chinese Maggi
- It's 1 packet of Maggi.
- Prepare 1 packet of maggi masala.
- You need 1 tsp of garlic and ginger finaly chooped.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 of Onion Small.
- You need 1 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 2 tbsp of Cabbage chopped.
- It's 1/2 of Carrot.
- It's 1/2 of Capsicum.
- It's 1 tsp of Soya Sauce.
- It's 1 tbsp of Tomato Ketchup.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Chilli Sauce.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of vinegar.
Chinese Maggi instructions
- Slice up the vegetables thin lengthwise and keep aside..
- Heat a vessel add 2 glass water.once the water comes to boil add Maggi noodles. It should be cooked up to 80%. Drain off the water from noodles and pour 1 cup of cold water. drizzle 1 tsp oil and mix gently, to avoid noodles from sticking to each other. keep aside..
- In a pan add oil, once the oil it hot add the ginger and the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.Now add the onions and cook on high flame till the onions turning a little translucent..
- Now add the carrot, cabbage, capsicums and salt and mix. Now cook for two or three minutes or until veggies are cooked yet retain their crunch..
- Now add cooked Maggi noodles, ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce, maggi masala, mix and mix well with the veggies and cook for 15-20 seconds..
- Turn off the flame and remove in a plate.serve hot..
